Error Running Backend with .env file

TLDR Rolwin faced a 404 error while running the backend, despite following Hengfei's instructions.

i'm running the backend but still facing this error

Hengfei I did the same created a .env file inside the web and added `VITE_OPENOBSERVE_ENDPOINT=` and did `npm run dev`
