Issues with Upgrading to 0.4.9 on Debian11 without IPv6
TLDR Chris faced upgrading errors to 0.4.9 version on Debian11 without IPv6 enabled. Hengfei and Ashish confirmed their awareness of the issue and are fixing it. The issue was resolved in version 0.5.0.

Wed, 28 Jun 2023 14:56:48 UTCJust tried upgrading on-prem to 0.4.9 - getting ```Error: Address family not supported by protocol (os error 97)``` and then oo dies completely we don't have ipv6 enabled at all.... guessing this is a side-effect of the two ipv6-related changes? any way to workaround or do i need to downgrade?
